NH2D斯塔克盒的研究
INVESTIGATION OF NH2D STARK CELL
【摘要】 介绍了10.6μm 双光路稳频中使用的斯塔克盒,盒内含有由 ND3-NH3,混合形成的 NH2D气体,当斯塔克调谐到 CO2激光器 P（20）支线中心时,在133Pa 总气压下,吸收系数为0.012cm-1,击穿电压>600V.
【Abstract】 A stark cell used in the 10.6μm two optical frequency stabilization isintroduced.It contains a mixture of ND3-NH3 combining to form NH2D.At a totalpressure of 133Pa,the absorption coefficient is 0.012cm-1,breakdown voltage>600Vwhen the stark cell is tuned to the CO2 laser P（20）line center.
