【Abstract】 The distribution of fecal conform bacteria in the surface seawater of Changjiang estuary was tentatively investigated during the period of December 20-26, 1984. The abundance of fecal coliform bacteria ranging from 1.5 to 480 colony-forming units(CFU) per litre was found in the surface water at all of the 9 stations. The minimum abundance was found at station A9 with 1.5CFU per liter.The maximum was 480 CFU per liter at station A5. The number difference of fecal coliform bacteria was as large as 2 orders of magnitude at all different stations.更多还原
