PPTA纤维高速纺丝新工艺
STUDY ON NEW TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH SPEED SPINNING OF PPTA FIBER
【摘要】 本文报道了PPTA纤维(芳纶1414)高速纺丝新工艺。着重从纺丝速度、纺丝拉伸比、空气层高度、凝固条件及新型纺丝装置对纤维结构性能的影响等进行了深入的研究。研究表明:以纺速为400m/min,空气层高度为12mm,剧烈的凝固条件及较高的拉伸倍数等条件下进行纺丝,这些条件有利于提高纤维的力学性能。若提高纺速并施加张力销将可进一步增加纤维的拉伸模量。实践表明:较短的纺丝管和适当的稳流层高度对纤维的成形及增加纺速是重要的。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the new technology of high speed spinning of PPTA fiber. We pay much attention to study the influence of take-up velocity, spinning draw ratio, air gap height, coagulation condition and spinning equipment on the structure and properties of PPTA fiber. It is shown that spinning speed of 400 m / min, air gap width of 12 mm, sharp coagulation condition and higher draw ratio are favourable to increase the mechanical properties of fiber. The modulus of PPTA fiber can be increased by increasing spinning speed and using a set. of snubbing pins. Meanwhile, it is important to use shorter spinning tube and suitable height of stable flow layer.
