【摘要】 对新疆东部天山的伊吾、西部天山的特克斯、阿尔泰山的福海、南天山的阿图什和昆仑山的策勒共五个地区牧场中,从自然感染的家犬中获得的细粒棘球绦虫成虫标本,进行了形态学的研究,证明五个地区成虫标本在某些形态上有显著不同,描述了其形态特征。认为这些成虫标本可能代表不同的虫株。为虫株问题的研究提供了重要的线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative study on morphology of adult worms of Echinococcus granulosus in naturally infected dogs from different areas of Xinjiang was carried out during the course of a survey on the epidemiological baseline of hydatid disease in Xinjiang. The samples of parasites were collected from dogs by autopsy, the dogs were shot randomly in pastoral areas in Fuhat (Altai Mountain), Tckes (western Tianshan Mountain), Yiwu (eastern Tianshan Mountain), Atush (southern Tianshan Moutain) and Celei (middle Kunlun Mountain) counaes. The morphological characteristics of these samples were described. The morphological charaeteristics of adult Echinococcus granulosus from the five areas were obviously distinguished each other. It is suggested the existence of different strains of E. granulosus in Xinjiang. This work may give valuable lights on the further reseach of E. granulosus strains in Xinjiang.更多还原
