弹丸—引信系统在膛内力学环境中硬线传输测试技术的研究
INVESTIGATION ON A "HARD WIRE" MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUE OF PROJECTILEFUZE SYSTEM IN-BORE ENVIRONMENT
【摘要】 本文主要介绍高膛压火炮膛内力学环境的特点及对膛内硬线传输技术的要求。同时概述了高膛压硬线传输测试中有关技术问题。其中包括膛外馈电低阻抗输出方案的选择,试验弹的结构设计以及有关高g传感器在膛内测试中的应用与动态标定等。并对膛内测试的冲击加速度环境曲线采取了科学的处理与分析,弥补了过早断线时产生的不足。所作传函分析及功率谱密度函数处理与分析,为膛内环境研究及事故诊断提供了分析基础,特别是通过大量测试结果,发现了火炮发射时,弹丸—引信系统在膛内早期冲击环境一些异常现象,作为弹丸挤进时受力情况分析及膛内安全可靠性的研究有重大价值。本文最后对膛内硬线传输测试技术的应用与发展也作了介绍。
【Abstract】 This paper primarily introduces distinguishing features of in-bore mechanical environment of high chamber pressure gun and reguirments of "hard wire" technique for obtaining in-bore date. At the same time, we summarize some problems about the technique, including choice of low impedance output and out-bore Supply structure design of experimental projectile as well as applicationin in-bore environment measurement and dynamic calibration of high g accelerometer etc. A rational and efficient method were used to make up the information loss because of early wire break. Modal analysis provides analysis basis for study of in-bore environment and incidents and accidents. A large numbermeasurement results show some early unusual in-bore shock enrironment of projectile—fuze system, which is of significant value for the study of projectile engraring force and bore—safe reliability. Finally, the appplication and development of a "hard wire" technigue for obtaining in-bore data is given in the present paper.
