大豆光合生理生态的研究 Ⅻ 光质对大豆类囊体膜成分和功能的影响
STUDY ON PHYSIO -ECOLOGY OF PHOTOSYNTHESIS IN SOYBEAN 12. STUDY ON THE REGULATION OF THE COMPOSITION AND FUNCTION OF THYLAKOID MEMBRANES OF SOYBEAN BY LIGHT QUALITY
【摘要】 研究生长在同等光强(50μE/m~2·s)6种光质(白光、红蓝光、红蓝绿光、红光、蓝光和绿光)条件下的大豆类囊体膜结果表明:红光诱导大豆具有阴生植物的特点,蓝光诱导大豆具有阳生植物的特点,绿光下大豆类囊体膜的发育较弱。低强度的复合光类似红光,诱导大豆具有阴生植物的特点,如高的叶绿素含量和低的叶绿素a/b比值以及较高的光系统Ⅱ含量和较低的光系统Ⅰ含量。红蓝光的组合照射相对有利于大豆类囊体膜的发育。
【Abstract】 Research on thylakoid membranes of soybean(Glycine max(L. )Merr. ) grown under light or six different qualities of equal intensity (50uE/m 2. s) shows the effects of different light quality on the composition and function of thylakoid membranes of soybean. Red - light thylakoid mem branes have relatively higher chlorophyll content, lower Chla/b, more LHCⅡ, less CPa and CPI a, and lower electron transport rate than blue -light thylakoid membrance. Green -light thylakoid memberans have less chlorophyll and lower photosynthesis rate. The biological effect of green light is close to blue light. Compound light of low intensity induced shade plant characteristics in soybean. Ren - blue light is advantageous to the development of soybean thylakoid membranes.This study can provide the photophysiological evidence for the possibility of raising photosynthesis rate and efficience of utilizing the light energy of soybean.
