5R机械手微机辅助几何造型
Micro-Computer Aided Geometric Modelling for 5R Manipulator
【摘要】 本文根据功能模块化设计的理论,应用人机交互设计、图形显示等方法,在IBM-PC/XT微机上,研制了5R机械手微机辅助几何设计及实验系统。利用此系统可对所设计的机械手进行极限位置观察,各运动部件间相互干涉的情况检验等。设计中的各种图形实现了屏幕显示,打印机输出。
【Abstract】 This paper based on the design theory of the functional blocking and applied the man-machine interactive design as well as graphic display to research a micro-Computer aided geometric design and experimental system for 5R manipulator. Using this System, the limit positions for designed manipulator are observed, the interference situation between the moveable components is examined. Various figures may eoutput with screen display and printer.
