削片机主轴断口分析与断裂强度
FRACTURE ANALYSIS AND BREAKING STRENGTH OF THE MAIN AXLE OF CHIPPER
【摘要】 黑龙江省友好木材综合加工厂Ⅱ号削片机,使用43个月其主轴完全破断。本文对主轴断口进行了微观分析,发现多处焊接缺陷和冷裂纹,疲劳扩展后,形成一环状疲劳开裂区,导致主轴疲劳强度严重降低,在事故性的较大连续冲击力下造成主轴终断。本文还进行了复合型断裂计算和剩余寿命估算。
【Abstract】 No. Ⅱ Chipper of Yohao integrated woodworking factory of Heilongjang has beed forty three monthes before its main axle cracked completely. Through microcosmic analysis to fracture of the main axle carrid out we found a lot of welding flaws and Coldcracks. Afterwards their fatigue enlongating, an circular fatigue areas was formed. Itresults in a big reducing of fatigue stregth of the main axle, final breaking was formed under the condition of a larger continuous impact force along with accident. In this paper, we carried out calculation of complex breaking criterion and estimated of fatigue lifetime.
