单板干燥机的热能利用分析

【摘要】 本文推出了干燥机的热效率、效率和能级效率的表达式及三者之间的关系,并用三种效率从理论上比较全面地分析了干燥机的热能利用状况。分析结果表明:应增加干燥机内湿空气的循环次数,予热进气和干燥单板,有效利用排气和凝结水的余热,减小机内传热和气体混合引起的(火用)损失,减小供入干燥机蒸汽的热能能级与干燥单板所需热能能级之差。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the equation of the veneer dryer’s thermal efficiency and availability efficiency and energy level efficiency and relation of three equations, by applying three equations. The heat energy utilization state was analysed, which shows the times of wet air circulation must be increased in the dryer, preheating air-in and veneer, utilizing the vast heat of the exhausting and condensed water, reducing availalibility dissipation of the transfer heat and gas mixture in the dryer, reducing energy level difference in high temperature vapour and the required heat energy of the dry veneer.
