【Abstract】 In consideration of that any city is an entity or system covering various economical, social and environmental factors and starting from the actualities of urban development in China, aggregate functions are established for urban economical, social and environmental benefits.As a result, a group of mathematical models is developed as the comprehensive valuation system for city’s development. In addition, 118 cities are evaluated comprehensively and classified with their developing histories and situations and, In particular, the proportional relation among economy,society and environment,which interact on each other in a urban system, is discussed for coordinated growth.更多还原
