双圆弧齿轮齿形参数的研究

【摘要】 本文用三维有限单元法对分阶式双圆弧齿轮齿形的三个主要参数——法向压力角αn、齿厚比K和齿顶高系数ha*,按正交试验表L16(45)进行计算,得到了轮齿的应力与αn,K和ha*的变化关系。增大压力角会使齿根应力下降,减小齿厚比会使齿腰处的应力下降,增加齿高则齿腰和齿根处的应力均下降。然后从强度、制造和使用等方面考虑,提出一种改进齿形。为了验证有限元模型的准确性和改进齿形的正确性,又做了电测实验。通过对通用齿形和改进齿形的对比实验和计算,证实了有限元方法是较准确的,改进齿形无论在齿腰还是在齿根的应力都低于通用齿形。

【Abstract】 Three-dimensional finite element method is used to analyze the effects of three main profile parameters of a double circular-tooth gear, the pressure angle αn, ratio of tooth thickness K and addendum coefficient ha*, by orthogonal test layout L16 (45). It is shown that three types of stress reduction, those in deddendum, in tooth’s midposition and in both, take place due to increase in an, decrease in K and increase in ha*, respectively. A modified tooth profile is thus developed taking accounts of gear strength, manufacturing and service, etc. To verify its correctness and exactness of FEM model used, tests were carried out by means of strain gauges. Comparing the modified tooth profile with conventional one by tests and calculations, the finite element analysis is proved accurate and the modified profile shows lower stresses than conventional one, either in dedendum or in tooth’s midposition.
