用硼镁铁矿制取硼砂的研究

【摘要】 报道了硼镁铁矿有益元素综合利用的一种新途径——制取硼砂的新工艺。以硼镁铁矿为原料,经熔融还原—熔态分离铁和渣—熔渣钠化—加压水浸—过滤、浓缩、结晶制取含Na2B4O7·10H2O大于97%的硼砂。在这种工艺中采用了向熔渣中喷射粉料的技术。对原料、中间产物以及最终产物进行了X射线物相分析。讨论了这种工艺中的主要化学反应。

【Abstract】 Ludwigits ore was used as raw material to prepare the borax containing Na2B4O7 10HaO over 97% by means of a process as follows. Melt and reduce the ore with carbon, then separate the molten iron from slag. As a result of that the molten slag containing boron oxide reacts with sodium carbonate, sodium borate slag is formed, then leach it by water at a given pressure. After filtering, concentrating and crystallizing, the borax is finally obtained. Pulverization and injection techniques are applied to the new process against molten slag. Based on the X-ray analyses made to raw material,intermediates and resultant, the fundamental reaction processes are discussed.
