【Abstract】 Various physiological and biochemical for testing seed vigour of Medicago sativa ffom difier- ent places were examiend,which include vigour index,TTC,cold test,accel—erated ageing test,res- piration test,electric conductictivity,BTB and test of soluble—sugar content.Most ofthem showed va- rious degrees of correlations to their field performance such as seedling establishment and its growth rate.Aseries of experiments have indicated that vigour index,TTC,cold test,accelerated ageing test,respiration test are more correct,reliable and rapid for testing seed vigour of medicago sativa.更多还原
