茶皂素的表面活性及其相关的功能性质

【摘要】 本文根据近10年来的研究结果,对茶皂素的表面活性及临界胶束浓度(CMC)进行了比较分析,确定茶皂素的 CMC 为0.5%左右,并且在水质硬度0—28.7°d 的范围内几乎不受影响。同时,对茶皂素的去污力、起泡力、湿润性、分散性以及乳化作用等功能性质,进行了全面的研究分析,首次提出了茶皂素对疏水性材料接触角θ在0°<θ<90°范围内,表明湿润性为浸渍湿润;HLB 值为16左右。从而证明茶皂素不仅具有表面性,而且是一种性能良好的、非离子型的表面活性剂,为茶皂素的工业利用提供了比较完整的理论依据和技术参数。

【Abstract】 Based on the research of tea saponin in the past 10 years and the testsof surface activity and critical micellization(cmc),and after comparing teasaponin with some other surface activity agents,the authors proved that thecmc was about 0.5%,and that both the surface activity and the cmc hadhardly any effect in the waters 0—28.7°d.After completely studying thefunctional properties of tea saponin such as decontaminatility,foamility,wettability,dispersity and emulsibility,the authors firstly defined the contactangle on paraffin plane as 0<θ>90,the wettability as soaking and the HLBas about 16.It is proved that tea saponin is a quality non-ionic active agent.A complete theoritical basis and technical parameters were provided for theindustrial use of tea saponin in this paper.
