【Abstract】 This report showcs that the digestive juice of silkworm has obvious inhibit activity to ccllulasc and pcctinasc through in vitro test and administration per os. We suggest that this is because the digestive juice of silkworm is in high pH or exists the hydrolysis of protcolytic cnzyme. Therefore, the possible path of utilizing exogenous hydrolasc is trans-fcring a great quantity of cellulose and pectin into utilizablc reducing sugar, then giving to silkworm.更多还原
