用表面氧化处理改善 TiFe 合金的活化性能
ACTIVATING TiFe ALLOY FOR HYDROGEN SORPTION BY SURFACE OXIDATION TREATMENT
【摘要】 本文用空气中的放电氧化处理,改善了 TiFe 合金的表面活性,使 TiFe 合金在常温下活化。空气中的放电氧化处理使 FeTi 合金表面形成了一系列不同性质的氧化物,产生了有利于氢化学吸咐的新的催化中心。
【Abstract】 It is difficult to activate TiFe alloy for hydrogen sorption.In this report amicro-electric-arc oxidation treatment was developed and it was found that TiFe alloycould be activated at the room temperature by such a surface oxidation treatment.It is be-lieved that the surface oxidation treatment broke the inert oxide film on the original surfaceand produced a series of new oxides with different compositions,structures and chemicalstates,which provide new catalytic centers for dissociatve hydrogen chemisorption.
