高铬铸铁在磨粒磨损工况的磨屑形貌分析
Analyses of the Chips of High-Cr Iron Worn off under Abrasive Wear Conditions
【摘要】 本文通过对高铬铸铁(15Cr3Mo)在销盘磨损、冲击磨损、腭式破碎机腭板磨损条件下的磨损形貌观察,分析了磨屑的形成过程。并结合高铬铸铁磨损试样的表面及亚表面观察。探讨了高铬铸铁中碳化物的失效方式及对磨损过程和磨损机理的影响。最后提出了高铬铸铁的磨粒磨损过程示意图及选用高铬铸铁的依据。
【Abstract】 The forming processes of the chips worn from high-Cr white cast iron under low stress,high stress and gouging abrasions have been investigated. The worn sufraces and sub-surfaces of the iron under these conditions have also been studied.Tbe failure mechanism of carbide in the iron and the way it affects the wear resistance of the iron are discussed.
