用磨层磁性分析法研究渗碳层中残余奥氏体的分布
Research on the Distribution of Austenite in the Carburized Layers with the Magnetic Analysis by Layer—Grinding
【摘要】 作者采用磨层磁性分析法对20Cr2Ni4钢渗碳层中的残余奥氏体(以下简称 A_R)量分布情况进行了逐层测试,并且与金相法进行了比较,结果表明利用磨层磁性分析法能够较为准确地测出渗碳层中的 A_R 分布情况。
【Abstract】 The distribution of the austcnite remained in the stecl 20Cr2Ni4 after quenching(abbreviatedas Ar)in the carburized layers with the magnetic anal- ysis by layer-grinding one layer after another is measured. Gompared with the result obtained by the metallography method,the distribution curve of Ar in the carburized obtained with the magnetic analysis by layer-grinding is more accurate.
