低温铁合金电镀修复强化技术

【摘要】 通过大量的实验研究,对现有镀铁工艺的镀液配制方法、无刻蚀交流活化操作程序等进行了改进,并在镀层中引入了合金化元素。从而总结出一套较合理的低温铁合金电镀修复强化工艺。本文就该工艺的技术原理、技术特点以及所得镀层的组织性能和应用情况做了研究讨论。结果表明:本技术在生产稳定性和镀层性能等方面与现有镀铁工艺相比都有较明显的改善和提高。

【Abstract】 A new process of iron alloy electroplating at low temperature for repairing mechanical parts is presented in the paper. In which the matrixactivating method without pre-roughing the matrix by etching has been improved, and the new method making up the bath has been used. The basic tenets and the main characteristies of the process and the properties of the deposit have also been discussed. It showed that the production stability and the quality of the deposit were better than those of the old process.
