优化LT工艺提高40Cr抗擦伤性能的研究
Optimizing LT Technology for Increasing the Scratch Resisatance of 40Cr
【摘要】 从摩擦学角度对LT工艺进行优化并运用正交多项式回归分析,找出影响40Cr抗擦伤性能的主要影响因素及变化规律。利用回归分析经验公式,可对任意水平下的试样承载能力进行预报、估计,对如何提高渗层的抗擦伤能力提出了新的模型。
【Abstract】 The LT technology is optimized from the angle of tribology. The main factors influencing the scratch resistance of 40Cr and its varying regularity are found by the regression analysis of perpendicular polynomial. The loading capability of the samples at any level can be calculated and estimated by utilizing the experimental regression formula. A new model for improving the scratch resistance of SNC layer is presented.
