【摘要】 考察了两种不同的制备方法对PdY沸石的乙烯双聚活性以及催化剂活化过程的影响,并根据催化剂的活化机理讨论了产生这些影响的本质原因。发现用钯氨络离子交换制得的PdY沸石在较温和的条件下抽空处理,即可将阻碍乙烯分子配位的NH3分子脱除,并把活性中心钯离子保留于超笼中,从而消除反应诱导期,并获得高活性的乙烯双聚催化剂。

【Abstract】 The effect of two preparation methods on the activity of PclY zeolites for ethylene dimerization and the activation process of the catalysts has been studied, and the reasons accounting for the effect are discussed according to the activation mechanism of the catalysts. It is found that for PclY obtained by ion exchanging of NaY with a solution of Pd-(NH3)4Cl2 complex, treated by evacuation under moderate conditions, the molecules of NH3 and H2O, which arrest the coordination of ethylene molecules, can be driven away and the Pd ions can be retained in the supercages. Therefore,the induction period of ethylene dimerization is eliminated and a highly active PclY catalyst is obtained.
