用裂解色谱法测定环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚醚的结构
Structural Analysis of Ethylene Oxide-Propylene Oxide Polyether Surfactants by PGC
【摘要】 本文用裂解色谱法对环氧乙烷—环氧丙烷共聚醚表面活性剂进行了结构分析。样品在磷酸存在下,用管式炉裂解器在470℃裂解,裂解碎片在GDX-403柱上进行色谱分离。选择了最佳裂解条件。定性了各裂解碎片峰。依据特征峰可鉴别该类表面活性剂,区别无规和嵌段共聚醚并对端基的情况进行判断。依据碎片峰的校正峰面积可以测定氧乙烯基和氧丙烯基的比例,测定结果与核磁法结果相符。方法简单、快速、样品用量少。
【Abstract】 The pyrolysis gas chromatography is used for structural analysis of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolyether surfactants. The samples are pyrolysed ,in the presence of phosphoric acid by a tube-type pyrolyzer at 470℃. The products pyrolyzed are separated by gas chromatography with GDX 403 column. The results obtained by this method are in agreement with those from NMR method.
