【Abstract】 A monolithic IC temperature transducer with an operating temperature range of -55℃ to +150℃ has been designed, fabrica ted,and tested. The three terminal IC. which are used with one external resistor, is a calibrated temperature-dependent current source.Overall absolute accuracy of ±0.5℃ from - 55℃ to +150℃ hase been achieved on a scale of 1μA/K under optimum operating conditions.更多还原
