硫酸根离子在α-Fe2O3气敏性中的作用
The Function of Surfate Ion On Gas Sensitive Proerties of α-Fe2O3 Ceramics
【摘要】 本文研究了用共沉法制备的α-FeyO3粉体做成的烧结型气政元件的性能。通过红外吸收谱分析及差热-热重分析,比较了用不同铁盐做成的样品含OHˉT和SO42-离子情况,分析了不同铁盐的吸热、放热,失重情况与灵敏度的关系。最后讨沦了SO42-离子在α-Fe2O3气敏性中的作用。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the gas sensitive properties of α-Fe2O3 ceramics manufactured by Coprecipitation. With infrared spectroscope, wefcompared the different amount of OH- and SO42-absorbed on different samples. The relationship between sensitivity and endotherm, exotherm, weight loss is analysed, and the effect of SO42-on the gas sensitivity of α-Fe2O3 is discussed.
