【Abstract】 A Vitamin B1-FET was constructed using SOS-ISFET and VB1-tetraphenylborate as electro-active material. The sensor gives Nernstian response to VB1 in the concentration range from 10-1-7.9 ×10-5 mol/ L. The potential of the sensor is almost independent of pH over the range from 2.3-4.8. The results of the determination of injectio VB1 or tobellae VB1 with the sensor are satisfactory and comparable to those obtained by the method of the pharmacopoeia更多还原
