【摘要】 本文使用YBa₂Cu₃O_7-y块试制了高T_c超导磁敏元件.研究了电极对磁敏元件输出的影响,及液氮温区磁敏元件的输出电压与磁场的关系.研究结果表明高T_c超导磁敏元件在弱磁场下有较高的灵敏度,有可能在弱磁场检测方面得到应用.更多还原

【Abstract】 The magnetic sensor of high Tc superconductor has been fabricated by sintered YBa2Cu3Oy7-y bulk. The inllucncc of electrodes on output signals is investigated and the relationship of output voltage of magnetic sensor and external magnetic field has been studied in the liquid nitrogen temperature. The results have shown that the magnetic sensor of high Tc superconductor has high sensitivity for the measurement of weak field. It would be applied for the detection of weak magnetic field.更多还原
