压电式测力仪向间干扰的理论分析

【摘要】 本文用力学方法对压电石英测力仪目前较为敏感的问题——向间干扰进行了理论分析,推导出了向间干扰εxz和εyz的计算公式.实验结果表明:理论推导正确,计算值与实验值吻合较好.此项研究为压电石英力传感器的结构改进和测力仪的优化设计提供了理论依据.

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of mehanics, the paper has given the theoretical analyses on the sensable problem of the piezo-electric dynamometer crosstalk, and deduced the formulas of crosstalk εxz and εyz. Experiment results indicate that the conclusions are correct, and the calculated values are relatively conformable with the experimental values. This study will provide the theoretical foundation for the structure improvement of the piezo-electric quartz force sensor and the optimization design of the dynamometer
