光纤氢气传感器的理论分析
Theoretical Analysis on Optical Fider Hybrogen Sensor
【摘要】 在光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的传感臂上粘接一钯片,钯吸收氢气而发生几何尺寸的变化,从而引起光相位的变化.本文运用弹性力学和光弹效应的理论,建立了光相位变化与氢气分压强的关系,很小的氢气分压强可以引起较大的光相位变化.
【Abstract】 The sensing element is a piece of single mode fiber coated with palladium metal. The palladium layer were expanded by absorption of hydrogen gas. This will cause the strain of the fiber in both axial and radial direction and the change of its effective optical path length, which will changed the optical phase in a low hydrogen partial pressure.
