宽频带振子模拟人体频谱仪照射对红细胞流变学的影响

【摘要】 用细胞电泳法、荧光方法及激光衍射法,检测宽频带振子(WS)模拟人体频谱仪照射对大白兔红细胞流变学的影响。对直接照射红细胞悬浮液与照射整体动物作了比较。结果表明:整体受照射、持续20分钟后,红细胞电泳迁移率、红细胞膜流动性及红细胞变形能力均增加,差异有显著性。证明:WS模拟人体频谱照射兔,能提高红细胞的流变特性,有利于微循环。此结果与临床观察一致。

【Abstract】 Using Cell electrophoresis, fluorescence method and ektacytometry, We have surveyed preliminarilythe effects of WS-Frequency spectrum of Effect Physiatrics Apparatus irradiation on rabbit erythrocyterheology. The effects of irradiation on red cell suspension and the whole animal body have been com-pared. During irradiation of whole rabbit for twenty minutes, the electrophoretic mobility, membranefluidity and deformability of the erythrocyte were increased. It shows that this apparatus can enhancerheologic properties of red cell. and improve microcirculation, which is consistent with the resulf ofclinical observation.
