【Abstract】 Flow cytometric analysis of the bone marrow cellular RNA content was performed in newly dia-gnosed and remission patients with acute leukemia. For comparative information. approximately normalbone marrow specimens were also analysed. The results showed: The RNA content in newly diagnosedpatients was much higher than that of remission patients and approximately normal bone marrow(P<0.01). remission patients had higher RNA content than non-responders at pretreatment (P<0.05).There was a lower value in ALL than that in ANLL (P<0.05). A higher pretreatment RNA contentwas favorable for the succes of inductive therapy, and also correlated with a longer duration ofcomplete remission and survival.更多还原
