胸腺微环境的研究——Ⅰ.人胎胸腺上皮网状细胞的超微结构
THE THYMIC MICROENVIRONMENT THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF EPITHELIAL RETICULAR CELLS IN THE HUMAN FETAL THYMUS
【摘要】 本文观察了6例孕5个月的正常人胎胸腺上皮网状细胞的超微结构。可区分出以下各种类型的上皮网状细胞:(1)被膜下上皮网状细胞,(2)皮质上皮网状细胞,(3)皮髓交界区的两种上皮网状细胞,(4)髓质内的两种上皮网状细胞。从超微结构上的差异表明它们在胸腺的不同部位构成了不同的微环境。
【Abstract】 The ultrastructure of epithelial reticular cells in six human fetal thymuses at the fifth gestatioalmonth has been examined. The various types of epithelial reticular cells can be distinguished: (1)Subcapsular epithelial reticular cells, (2) Cortical epithelial reticular cells, (3) Two types ofepithelial reticular cells in the cortico-medullary region, (4) Two types of medullary epithelialreticular cells. The differences in the ultrastructure of the epithelial cells indicate that there aredistinct microenvironments composed of morphologically distinct epithelial cells in the different partsof the thymus.
