【摘要】 本文以寻求具有本质意义的指标用以量化“心气”为目的,对自创的Vmax-z等指标与公认的Vmax-p等指标进行了相关性和对比研究。结果表明,Vmax-z等指标与Vmax-p等指标一样,可以相对排除前、后负荷的影响,较敏感地反映阳性变力性药物导致的心肌收缩性变化,不失为一种具有本质意义、无创伤性、简便易行的量化“心气”的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author will seek for an essential significant index for the purpose of measuring Heart qi. The experimental research of the correlation and comparison for the index of our own created VMAX-Z, etc. and the index of the acknowledged VMAX-P, etc. have been carried out. These results showed that the index of VMAX-Z, etc. is the same as the index of VMAX-P, etc. They may relatively exclude the influences of anterior and posterior load, and sensitively reflect the changes of myocardial contraction caused by the positive inotropic medicine. So, VMAX-Z, etc. is an essential significant, no traumatic, simple and convenient index for measuring ’Heart qi’.更多还原
