【摘要】 本文报道对解毒化瘀汤进行治疗温病内毒素血症的临床与实验研究结果表明,该方有抗炎作用,对内毒素有拮抗作用;能保护组织器官,特别是心、肝、肾等重要脏器免受内毒素损害;能调节免疫功能,提高机体之防御能力;对血浆内毒素的清除作用非常显著,可控制Herxheimer反应;对内毒素之生物活性有灭活作用,有直接对抗或抑制内毒素之抗原作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article reported that the clinical and experimental research on endotoxemia of febrile disease had been treated with Jiedu Huayu Tang (namely, decoction for detoxification and resolving stagnation) . Its results showed that this formula had the action on anti-inflammatory due to the antagonism for endotoxin; the preservation of organs, specially such these important organs as heart, liver, and kidney from injury of the endotoxin; the regulation of the immune function so as to enhance the defensive ability of the organism;the evident action on clearing the endotoxin in the blood, and the control of Herxheimer reaction;the inactivation of the bioactivity of the endotoxin; the direct antagonism or inhibition of the antigen action on the endotoxin.更多还原
