【摘要】 依照中医扶正祛邪原则组成的中药复方Ⅲ在体外对S180细胞显示100%抑制的实验浓度为62.5mg/ml,体内对增龄(9—12月龄)和青龄(1—2月龄)小鼠S180皮下移植瘤生长的抑制作用相似(约22.2%-38.4%)。但该方在增重胸腺,提升外周血酸性非特异性酯酶阳性淋巴细胞百分率,促进瘤组织内淋巴细胞反应,诱导血干扰素滴度等对增龄带瘤小鼠的影响较青龄对照组为强。本方对正常小鼠体重无影响。对增龄小鼠脑神经元内脂褐素沉积的阻抑不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese Medication Compound No. Ⅲ is a prescription proposed according to the curative principle of "strengthening the patient’s resistance and dispelling invading pathogenic factors". It gives 100% red stain of S189 cells at a concentration of 62.5mg/ml in vitro. In vivo, the Chinese Medication Compound No. Ⅲ shows similar inhibitory action (about 22.2-38.4%) on transplantable S180 tumor sc in the old adult mice (9-12-months-old) and in the young ones (1-2-months-old). Nevertheless, more pronounced effect was observed in the old adult bearing-tumor mice than in the young control as to increasing weight of the thymus, elevating ANAE(+)- lymphocytes of the terminal bloodk stimulating host lymphocyte reaction around the tumor tissue and inducing interferon respose of the blood.更多还原
