【摘要】 本文报道了用降脂Ⅰ、Ⅱ号片治疗高脂血症的效果。通过174例患者的临床观察,结果表明:降低高TC幅度,Ⅰ号片为24.98%,Ⅱ号片为24.10%,分病例统计有效率为81.03%及86.11%;降低高TG幅度,Ⅰ号片为32.68%,Ⅱ号片为40.18%,分病例统计有效率为74.24%及77.66%。与降脂灵组对照观察表明:ⅠⅡ号片在降低患者血TC、TG、LDL—c/Tc方面均明显优于降脂组(p<0.05)。作者认为辨证施治是提高治疗高脂血症疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The artical presentsa detailed report on the outcome of treating hyperlipemia with Tablet Antilipemia No. Ⅰ& Ⅱ . After having observed 174 clincal cases, the result turned out to be lowering TC by 24.98% with tablet Ⅰ, and by 24.10% with tablet Ⅱ; the divided statistics show respectively that the ratio of effectiveness is 81.03% and 86.11%. The TG is also lowered by 32.68% with tablet Ⅰ, and 40.18% with tablet Ⅱ while the divided statistics show that the ratio of effectiveness is respectively 74.24% and 77.66%. Observing against Jiang-zhi-ling group the result shows that both tablet Ⅰ & Ⅱ prove to be more effective than Jiang-zhi-ling group (p<0.05) in lowering the patients’ TC. TG and LDL-C/TC, This leads to the conclusion that the critical step in treating hyperlipemia is none other than the diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs according to the basic theories of TCM.更多还原
