微机控制的条件反射实验系统

【摘要】 介绍了用APPLE-Ⅱ微型计算机控制的操作式食物运动性条件反射实验系统.系统以40W灯光和声音信号为阳性刺激,15W灯光信号为阴性刺激,并配置了光反应、声反应按键.喂食的食盘由步进电机控制.预先设置实验条件后,在计算机控制下自动给出3种刺激信号,动物若正确操作按键,则食盘转动,自动喂食.实验结束时自动记录实验结果,最后将各项数据在打印机上打印出来.实际运行表明,该实验系统不仅能使实验者从繁琐的手工操作中解放出来,而且使实验的结果更精确,更可靠.

【Abstract】 An operational food motion conditioned reflex experiment system controlled by apple-Ⅱ microcomputer is reported. In the system the 40W light and sound sianal are as positive stimulus and the 15W light signal as neqative stimulus. A light reaction key and a sound reaction key are mounted. A food-disk is controlled by a step-motor. After setting-up the experiment conditions, three stimulus signals appear automatically under the computer control. As soon as the experiment ends, the result is printed out. Real operations have proving that this system not only makes experimentors get rid of tedious manual works, but also makes the experi- ment results more accurate and more reliable.
