【摘要】 给Wistar大鼠投予乙醇与有机磷农药DDVP或有机氟农药DDT,经6周观测表明,乙醇组,DDT组,DDT加乙醇组从第4周开始体重增长率均显著地低于对照组(P<0.01)。血清胆固醇、血清谷丙转氨酶、血浆环磷酸腺苷含量和肝指数(肝重/体重)证实乙醇与DDT有联合作用。血清胆碱酯酶、肝指数测定证实乙醇与DDVP有联合作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental studies on the combined toxicological effect of organic phosphorus pesticide DDVP or organic chlorine pesticide DDT and alcohol on Wistar rats were performed,with the biological and toxicological indexes observed in the sixth week after exposure to these toxic agents.The indexes of the combined effect of DDT end alcohol included the growth rate, serum cholesterol, SGPT activity, serum cAMP and the liver/body weight ratio.The indexes of the combined effect of DDVP and alcohol included serum cholinesterase and the liver/body weight ratio.更多还原
