三种转移因子的部分理化性质比较

【摘要】 以人脾、猪脾和牛脾的3种不同的转移因子,通过紫外光谱分析,人脾和猪脾的转移因子的E260/E280≥2,与转移因子的质量控制标准一致,紫外最高吸收峰在波长250±2nm处。而牛脾转移因子的E260/E280≥1,最高吸收峰在波长268=2nm处。通过高效反向液相色谱和水解氨基酸成分分析进一步证明,人脾和猪脾转移因子组成成分相似,牛脾转移因子与前两者有一定差异。

【Abstract】 Three transfer factors were prepared from pig,human and bovine spleens by homogenization and dialysis. Under the same conditions, the physicochemical properties of these 3 TFs were determined by means of determination of nucleo-tide and peptide contents, HPRC, analysis of free a mi no acids, absorbance, etc.HTF and PTF absorbance of E 260/E280 was more than 2, the strongest absorption spectrum for HTF and PTF was at a wave length of 250 ±2 nm,and these two TFs were separated into 1 -2 distinct fractions by HPRC, whereas BTF absorbance of E260/E280 was about 1 , the absorption spectrum for BTF was at a wave length of 268 ±2 nm, and this TF was separated into 5 - 6 distinct fractions by HPRC.
