【摘要】 本文利用双盲法分别观察了腺病毒肺炎的肺组织及淋巴结组织切片,并按一定的方法判定包含体的数量及淋巴结功能。所得结果进行了统计学处理及理论上的探讨。结果肯定了淋巴结功能和包含体形成之间存在着负相关关系;同时随着病程的延长淋巴结功能增强,二者之间存在着正相关。进一步讨论了腺病毒感染时病毒繁殖与免疫功能之间的相互关系,并提出感染发展过程中二者关系的四个不同时相的新观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Both the lung and lymph node tissues of patients with adenoviral pneumonia were observed, using a double-blinded meth, to determine the amount of inclusion bodies and function of the lymph nodes. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between function of the lymph nodes and formation of the inclusion bodies, the more active the function of the lymph nodes, the fewer the inclusion bodies formed, and vice versa. The function of the lymph nodes got more active with time going, and between these two there was a positive relationship.更多还原
