【Abstract】 The constituents and conformation of antitumor iRNA preparation isolated with hot-phenol method was analysed by using Sephadex G200 column chromato-graphy, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and fluorescence probing. Antitumor iRNA preparation consists of 4 kinds of RNA molecules at least. It is different from non-immune treated RNA preparation in its constituents, contents and structural properties.
