大骨节病病区粮对实验动物软骨氨基多糖代谢的影响

【摘要】 用大骨节病病区粮喂养的实验动物出现明显的氨基多糖代谢障碍。表现为实验动物尿硫酸软骨素排泄量升高,软骨硫酸软骨素含量下降,尿硫酸软骨素荷电量减少。这些硫酸软骨素的变化规律与大骨节病人所见完全相同。推测用病区粮喂养的实验动物所引起的代谢紊乱,很可能是大骨节病人较早期的代谢受损表现。

【Abstract】 Remarkable disturbance of glycosaminoglycans (GAG) metabolism was observed in rats fed on grains from endemic area of Kashin-Beck disease, with the chondroitin sulfate content increased in urine, but decreased in the cartilage, and the relative electric charges on the chondroitin sulfate molecules in urine also fell.These changes resembled those in patients with Kashin-Beck disease. It is suggested that this metabolic disturbance in these model rats may be characterized by the early metabolic impairment in patients with Kashin-Beck disease.
