【Abstract】 This article gives a general statement on the process of degreasing and derusting during the course of pretreatment to metal surface, both degreasing and derusting having a decisive effect on the quality of coating. It also gives a detailed introduction to the classification of the methods for degreasing, to the sorts of contaminates on the metal surface and to the technology of soak alkaline cleaning in particular. As for the process of derusting, it introduces the classification of the methods for derusting, the rusting mechanism on the metal surface, rusting products from different kinds of metals and particularly the technology of derusting by acid pickling and electrolytic pickling.更多还原
