日光灯管表面灰斑的AES研究
AES Studies of Grey Spots of the Surface of Fluorescent Lamp
【摘要】 <正> 某厂用引进的配方和流水线生产日光灯管,在一段时间内表面经常出现不均匀灰色斑点。该灰斑用多种有机酸都无法擦去,加热到玻璃软化点温度也不能使之消失,而用5%HF轻轻一擦即可除去。这说明灰斑在灯管外表层中只有极薄一层。用俄歇电子能谱仪对表面灰斑进行分析后,发现灰斑产生的原因在于灯管外表层中K、Ca、Na元素的减少。
【Abstract】 Some grey spots are often found in the surface of fluorescent lamp during production, which make the ratio of qualified lamps comes down. The result of AES studies indicates that the grey spots are very thin films which contain less Ca, K, Na than other places in the lamp surface. The grey spots are caused by the overlong storage before baking which allows lamps to avoid the reaction of glass of lamp with air, especially CO2, so that to form Ca, K, Na salts in some places of the surface of lamp. During baking process these salts evaporate from the surface of lamp, causing some grey spots which are of less alkali elements.
