【摘要】 本文介绍冷沉淀点眼剂的制备和应用,点眼剂中纤维结合蛋白的浓度为355±34μg/ml。该制剂用于12只家兔的角膜损伤和59例患者(61只眼)的角膜损伤治疗。结果表明,对角膜伤病的修复和愈合具有明显的促进作用。自治疗后第二天起,12只家兔角膜损伤的愈合,治疗眼比对照眼明显加快,两者有显著性差异(p<0.05)。全部59例经该制剂治疗后,均达到治愈标准,且病程缩短。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation and usage of cryoprecipitate ocusilla,in which the fibronectin(FN)concentration was 355±34μg/ml,were introduced.This preparation had been used to treat the corneal epithelial wounds in 12 rabbits and the corneal epithelial wounds and disorders of 61 eyes in 59 patients.The results of treat- ment showed that the preparation had remarkably contributed to the repairing and healing of corneal epi- thelial wounds.From the second day of treatment,the healing of wounds of the treated eyes had been obvi- ously faster than that of the control eyes in 12 rabbits,with the diffe- rence between two groups being sig- nificant(p<0.05).Treated with such a preparation,the corneal epithe- lial wounds and disorders of 61 eyes in 59 patients,which were caused by various reasons,had beer,healed to the extent of satisfying the ac- cepted healing standart,and con- sequently the course of their disea- se s had been shortened.更多还原
