【摘要】 本文介绍了国产塑料联袋的质量及临床使用效果,并与澳大利亚同类产品进行了对比。国产塑料袋对离心力的耐受性能、抗凝剂和添加液的质量以及塑料袋的膜透气性等,均与澳大利亚土塔公司的产品质量相同,但在制备工艺上劣于澳大利亚袋。用国产塑料袋制备的血液成分提高了质量,己达到澳大利亚及美国 AABB 的标准。全血和浓缩红细胞在4℃可保存35天;浓缩血小板每袋血小板数量可达到5.5×10¹⁰以上（从400ml 血分离）,在22±2℃水平振荡可保存3天;冷沉淀中因子Ⅷ的活性每袋可达100iu 以上,临床输血安全有效,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of domestic multiple plastic packs and the effect of their use in clinical practice were intro- duced,and the packs were compared with those made in Australia.The domestic bags shared the same to- lerance to centrifugal forces,quality of anticoagulant and additive solo- tion and membrane permeability with the Australian Tuta packs, but the former were more poor than the latter in technological perfor- mance.The blood components,pre- pared with domestic bags,were im- proved in qnality and already satis- fied the Austraian and American （AABB）standarts.The whole blood and the concentrated red cells can be stored at 4℃ for 35 days. The number of platelets in the pla- telet concentrates in which every unit was separated from 40oral of the whole blood,was more than 5.5×10¹⁰per pack,and the platelets ca be nstored at 22℃±2℃ for 3 days in conditions of horisontal agi- tation The activity of factor Ⅷ was more than 100IU.The clinical transfusion with such preparation was safe and had no adverse effect.更多还原
