【摘要】 本试验采用滤纸法经对比试验研究了混合生长素(萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸等量混合物)对金花茶Camellia chrysantha(Hu)Tuyama空中压条生根的影响。发现适量的混合生长素对促进金花茶压条提早生根具有显著的效果,且能大大地改善金花茶空中压条生根的质量,这对加速繁殖金花茶具有积极的促进作用。使用混合生长素处理压条的最适用量是每枝1.0mg,可提早生根50～60天,在生产上具有经济适用的广阔前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mixture auxins (1/2NAA+1/2IBA) were tested by the "filter paper method" to show the effect on rooting in air layering of Camellia chrysantha (Hu)Tuyama.Mixture auxins were found to produce remarkable results and rooting can be greatly improved.This technique provides good results for rapid propagation of C.chrysantha.The optimum period for using mixture auxins is 50~60 days.This technique has good prospects for yellow camellia propagation.更多还原
