印染废水生化处理特点

【摘要】 通过平行对比试验论证了活性污泥法处理印染废水在去除率、电耗、池容与占地等方面优于接触氧化法,同时也论证了印染废水生化处理具有可生化性差、有机物降解速度慢、活性污泥沉速低、电耗高的特点,并对印染废水的泡沫问题进行了分析。

【Abstract】 A comparison experiment for treating the printing and dyeing wastewater was made by using activated sludge process and contact aeration process. The results showed that the former was superior to the latter in many aspects, such as: removal efficiency, energy demand, tank volume and land area. The experiment also gave the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment: lower biodegradability; slow organic substance degradation rate; slow settling rate of activated sludge; more energy demand. The foaming problem was discussed in this paper, too.
