抽油泵缸套激光热处理

【摘要】 本文研究了45钢抽油泵缸套激光热处理后的显微组织和硬度的变化。在表面硬化层内,获得高度细化的马氏体组织,硬度高达HV0.1880.合理选择激光处理参数,可保证表面粗糙度和尺寸精度达到规定的技术指标。经过一年多时间油田试用结果表明,激光处理缸套的使用寿命,比普通渗碳的要长。

【Abstract】 Treated with laser the changes in microstructure and hardness of cylinder sleeve of oil-well pump for 45 steel were studied.A highly refined martensite microstructure having high hardness values(up to 880 HV0.1)was obtained in the surface hardened layer.With the proper selection of laser processing parameters both surface finish quality and dimensional accuracy were guaranteed to meet established specification.For over one year the experimental result in the oil-field showed that the service life of cylinder sleeve treated by laser is longer than that by conventional carburizing.
