渗层深度与钢表面碳吸收速率的数学模型

【摘要】 本文研究了在渗碳过程中钢表面碳浓度和其中碳浓度分布的影响因素并给出了予测其表面碳吸收速率的扩散方程。通过计算证明:碳表面吸收速率和渗碳时间的关系,在双对数坐标图中接近于直线,其斜率和截距取决于渗碳气氛、碳势和渗碳深度。这些双对数直线关系对于研究渗碳过程具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The diffusion equation for predicting carbon concentration profiles and carbon concentration in the steel at the surface is solued in order to calculating case depthes and rates of absorbing carbon at the surface during carburizing process.The calculation proved that relationships between the case depthes or the rates of absorbing carbon and the time of carburized process are very closed to logarithmic straight time which slope and intercept depend upon some fractors such as carburizing atomsphere carbon potential and temperature etc.These logarithmic linear selationships have important values for establishment can-burized specifications.
