【Abstract】 The duck serum immunoglobulin M(IgM) was isolated and purified from the normal Peking Duck sera by the protein-A sepharose 4B affinity cinomatography. The rabbit-anti-duck IgM antisera was purified through a duck IgG-sepharose 4B affinity chromatographic column for eliminating from the cross-reaction of duck IgG. This purified antisera was used to investigate IgM expression of the B lymph cell located in the postembryonic developmental Fabrician bursa of the Peking Duck with immunof-luorescence.更多还原
